SN accept Visa, Master or PayMe.
- After submitting an order, can I add products to the same order?
Once an order is submitted and confirmed, you cannot add products to the same order. Please create a new order for additional purchase.

- How long will the delivery take after purchase?
In general, the products will be delivered to the designated SF stores or EF Locker within 3 days after the order is confirmed. However, the delivery time may be affected due to public holidays.

In general, no exchange, return or refund is accepted once the order and payment have been confirmed. If there is any problem with the products, please email your order number, member name and telephone number to cs@snbeauty.com.hk within 3 days upon receipt of your products.
